SERIESThe Corporate Emancipation: Day 1 | Day 2 | Day 3 | Day 4
We’ve reached the conclusion of our series. Having thoroughly diagnosed the systemic dysfunction and psychological toll over at the Gigafactory, it is time for a solution. Dear Uncle Elon: Here are my terms.
Let’s skip the pleasantries. You’re bleeding talent, your timelines are a work of speculative fiction, and you clearly need an adult in the room. Luckily for you, I am available to fix your companies, starting with Tesla.
Historically, my absolute baseline for voluntarily re-entering the workforce is a clean $1.275 million base salary with a $100,000 sign-on bonus. Now, given that you are objectively a massive pain to deal with—and because you can certainly afford it—my initial instinct was to move the decimal point and demand $12.75 million. But, against my better judgment, I am a nice guy (at times). I am willing to honor my original rate. Think of the $11 million discount as my charitable contribution to the electric vehicle market.
From everything I can observe, your core issue is that you have a severe metric-measuring problem. The errors multiply with each and every new endeavor because you get hopelessly lost in the weeds of your own mind.
I can sympathize. I really can. When you spend decades building custom multi-variable performance scores or designing defensive impact indexes to track actual real-world results, it is dangerously easy to get buried in the spreadsheets. But here is where we differ: much like Trump, I actually have the ability to see the “grass” as a whole, identify each specific weed within it, and whack it out to make the lawn awesome again. A sort of MAGA grass, if you will.
I can bring that exact weed-whacking clarity to your business models, starting with the assembly lines at Tesla.
So, if you are interested, it’s time to reach out. Since you practically bought a good chunk of the internet from Al Gore, I trust you have the resources to get my number and call. If Grok’s algorithm is still too buggy to locate a phone number, just use the email on this site.
If I am really interested when you reach out, I might even give you a ring back.
You’ll have to be patient, though, because I have a lot on my plate right now. When I am not untangling your mess, I am busy trying to figure out how to fix the federal government without completely destroying the Constitution. Honestly, I’ve found that throwing random darts at a spinning wheel to map out systemic procedural frameworks is proving far more effective than anything happening in our current political climate.
The ball is in your court, Elon. Have your people call my people. (I am my people).
Best regards,
Your Future Fixer

About the Author
The author is currently taking a brief intermission from identifying structural flaws in the federal government to offer unsolicited, highly accurate corporate consulting. If you have a broken supply chain, a metric-measuring problem, and $1.275 million, use the contact page. If you are Elon Musk, the price is the same, but the consultation will be significantly more sarcastic.
